one of paul's famed styles of bread, our polka bread has a well-baked golden crust and is flavored with the delicate taste of hazelnuts. the light, airy bread goes well with almost any dish from starters to cheeses.

paul's soft bread is slightly salty and made with organic wheat flour, butter, milk, sugar and salt. available in whole grain, white and whole wheat, the bread goes perfectly with both sweet and savory meals.

the fougasse is a traditional, olive oil-based bread of the south of france. at paul we make it with organic flour, the best extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. the soft, delicately flavored, highly decorative loaf comes in a variety of flavors including natural, olive, bacon, onion or anchovy.

this healthy, nutrient-rich flaxseed bread is made with flaxseeds. high in omega-3s and antioxidants, and said to help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, flaxseeds give this bread a hearty, wholesome flavor.

paul's version of sourdough bread, this rich, slightly tangy loaf is made from a soft blend of natural yeast, sourdough, organic milled flour and sea salt.

this versatile whole wheat bread is meant to savor, using only stone-ground, whole wheat flour, water, sea salt and natural yeast. rich in both fiber and wheat flavor, this loaf is delicious and perfect for any occasion.

a sweet delicacy from northern france, we infuse our rich brioche dough with sweet pieces of sugar throughout. when served warm out of the oven, the sugar melts and provides a heavenly texture. paul offers three different types of brioche: plain, cramique au chocolat and cramique au raisin.

the 'canele' is a little cake originating from bordeaux. its name and shape come from the little fluted copper mould in which it is baked. slow baking produces a fine caramelised crust enfolding a smooth, moist centre delicately flavoured with rum. the delicious brown crust is crisp and crunchy then melts in your mouth. a couple of bites and you are hooked for life!

'cramique' is typical of northern france. this viennese pastry is made with 100% butter, fresh eggs and pearly grains of sugar for a deliciously moist yet crunchy, extra special brioche. paul tip: perfect for breakfast when they have first been gently warmed in the oven. we also make sultana 'cramiques'. ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, butter, water, eggs, yeast, grains of sugar.
